Odd-Ball Openings - discounted!

At Certain times we get odd-ball openings between other reservations. If you have flexibility in your schedule these can save you some money.

Fall 2010:

-Lake Breeze 3 bdrm: Sept 7, 8, 9, 10: $110 per night for 1-2 persons

-Trailside 4 bdrm: Sept 7, 8, 9, 10: $110 per night for 1-2 persons

-2 night minimum required unless otherwise noted.

-Each extra person is $10 per night charge if more than the number of persons listed.

-rates do not inlcude tax.

Late Fall-Early Winter Special- Rates from $79/night

From October 12th through December 25, 2010 all our homes are either $79.00/night, $550.00/week or $99.00/night, $675.00/week or $119.00/night, $750.00/week for 1-2 persons. If you have more than 2 people, each extra person is $7.00 per night or $35 per week.

-Water's Edge, Woodside and Hillside homes are $79.00 per night or $550.00 per week.

-Sunrise, Lakeview, Sunset, Lake Breeze, Lakewood and Trailside homes are $99.00 per night or $675.00 per week.

-Lakeside and Courtside homes are $119.00 per night or $750.00 per week.

-Rates only apply to the dates October 12th through December 25, 2010.

-Rates are based on 1-2 persons. If more than 2 people, each extra person is $7.00 per night or $35.00 per week.

-Rates do NOT include tax.

-No other specials or discounts apply to these rates.

Spring & Fall longer stay specials - stay more than one week and additional weeks are half price!

Stay two consecutive weeks in the same unit during spring or fall and the second week is half price. Add a third week and it's also half the regualr price. We also do monthly rentals - check with us for rates.

-1st week is regular price and 2nd week is half price.

-Must stay two consecutive weeks and in the same unit.

-Entire stay must be on our spring rates or fall rates. (won't apply to reservations that cross over into summer or winter rates)
